As project manager here at Urban Element, I find that it is far more than managing the mechanics of a project – it’s managing client expectations, the team, the highs, the lows and your boss’ expectations! It is also managing budgets, time lines, quality – it is so much more than simply kicking a project off, telling people what to do and expecting it to finish on time.
